1. Scope and Legal Binding
This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all transactions, product purchases, service retainers, and consulting engagements initiated through the online storefront at https://yesrts.com or through executed service contracts with Artius. By purchasing products or commissioning services from Artius, the purchasing entity or individual (“Client”) agrees to be bound by these terms in full.
2. Federal Compliance and Registration Solutions
Services covered: Federal EIN Registration ($300), SAM Global Identity – UEI Registration ($750), Federal Security Clearance – CAGE Code Validation ($1,000), Corporate Shield – Articles of Organization Filing ($1,000), Federal Market Access – SAM.gov Registration ($1,500), SBA Federal Specialty Certification Suite ($2,000).
These services require direct interaction with federal and state agencies (IRS, GSA, DLA, and state corporate registries) and involve labor and, in some cases, statutory fees that are irrevocable once submitted.
General rule: A Client may receive a full refund, minus a $150 administrative intake surcharge, only if written cancellation notice is received within 24 hours of payment and before Artius has begun entity research, NAICS/PSSC classification, or portal data entry. Once document review, data structure mapping, or direct agency transmission has begun, the service fee is fully earned and non-refundable.
This general rule applies to: EIN Registration, UEI Registration, CAGE Code Validation, Corporate Shield Filing, and the SBA Certification Suite.
Exception — SAM.gov Registration: This service follows its own phase-gated schedule due to its higher processing cost:
- 50% refundable if cancellation is requested prior to initial entity processing.
- 0% refundable once the application has been submitted to the SAM.gov database.
Third-party/statutory fees: Any fee paid directly to a federal or state agency (e.g., Secretary of State incorporation fees) is never refundable, under any circumstance, even within the 24-hour window described above.
Regulatory outcomes: Artius warrants diligent, accurate preparation and submission of filings. Artius is not responsible for, and Clients are not entitled to a refund due to, government agency backlogs, system maintenance, funding lapses, or application rejections caused by client-side issues (e.g., undisclosed tax delinquencies, corporate discrepancies, prior exclusions).
3. Digital Infrastructure and Web Development
Services covered: Foundation Website Architecture ($3,500), Growth Website Platform ($7,000), Premium Enterprise Command Center ($10,000).
These projects follow a six-step workflow: (1) Strategy, (2) Wireframe, (3) Design, (4) Development, (5) Launch, (6) Optimization. Because custom coding, responsive styling, ADA-compliance work, and CRM integration begin early and continue throughout the build, refund eligibility is tied to project milestones rather than a flat window.

Once a phase is signed off in writing by the Client, that phase’s work product is considered delivered and its corresponding percentage becomes non-refundable.
4. Brand Strategy and Marketing Suites
Services covered: Essential Brand Suite ($3,500), Growth Brand Market Penetration ($6,500), Market Leader Command Suite ($10,000).
These packages deliver proprietary strategic and creative intellectual property. Because that IP is transferred to the Client upon delivery, refund eligibility narrows quickly:
- Before the initial Discovery/Strategy briefing is delivered: full refund, less a 15% administrative intake fee, consistent with Section 3’s pre-commencement terms.
- After the Strategic Messaging Framework or Discovery briefing has been transmitted to the Client: a minimum of 50% of the fee is non-refundable (i.e., no more than 50% is refundable).
- After logo assets, brand identity guides, or the Tactical Go-To-Market Roadmap have been transmitted: the package is 100% non-refundable.
- Market Leader Command Suite only: the 30-day CMO advisory allocation ($3,000 of the total fee) is non-refundable once the 30-day advisory period begins, whether or not the Client schedules sessions during it.
5. Media and Podcast Production
Services covered: Starter Podcast Package ($2,500), Professional Podcast Package ($4,500), Enterprise Podcast System ($7,500).
- Studio scheduling: Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 business days before the scheduled session.
- Requests made within 7 business days of the shoot incur a studio re-booking fee equal to 50% of the session cost.
- Once recorded footage enters post-production (audio engineering, editing, color grading, show-notes indexing, or distribution setup), those production fees are non-refundable.
6. GovCon Management Suite and Retainer Engagements
Services covered: GovCon Management Suite ($2,500–$10,000) and other ongoing advisory retainers.
Retainers reserve dedicated Artius bandwidth and pipeline-scaling capacity. Fees are considered fully earned at the start of each billing cycle and are non-refundable once that cycle begins, regardless of the Client’s utilization of the advisory time.
7. Client Responsibilities, Project Dormancy, and Abandonment
Timely delivery depends on the Client providing corporate records, tax documents, portal credentials, feedback, and milestone sign-offs when requested.
- Dormant status: If a Client does not provide required materials, feedback, or approvals for 30 consecutive calendar days, the project is marked “Dormant.” Resuming work requires a non-negotiable reactivation fee equal to 10% of the total contract value.
- Abandoned status: If a project remains Dormant for 60 consecutive calendar days without a mutual written agreement to pause, it is deemed “Abandoned.” All prepaid fees are forfeited in full, Artius is released from all further obligations, and no refund, credit, or dispute claim will be honored.
8. Merchant Chargeback and Dispute Policy
By purchasing through yesrts.com/shop, the Client agrees to raise any billing concern directly with Artius, in writing, before contacting their bank or card issuer.
Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without first submitting a formal written refund request under Section 9 below is treated as a breach of this Policy. If a chargeback is resolved in Artius’s favor, Artius reserves the right to charge the Client a $500 administrative dispute fee, plus any associated collection costs, to cover legal and processing expenses.
9. Formal Cancellation and Refund Request Procedure
To request a cancellation or refund, the Client must:
- Send written notice by email to t.tor@yesrts.com with the subject line:
REFUND REQUEST - [Entity Name / Order Reference Number]. - Include the purchase date, authorized representative’s name, transaction ID, and a description of the reason for the request.
- Allow Artius management up to 14 business days to review the request against project/milestone activity records and issue a written determination.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of written approval.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy and all related transactions or disputes are governed by the substantive laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
